Shipping & Guidelines
Shipping from us to you is always FREE!
Our products ship directly from our factory warehouse which saves us a huge amount of overhead. This means we are able to transfer those savings to you and offer you boutique style products at a lower price point.
Our products typically take 2-4 weeks before you receive them, but they are worth the wait and the savings!
You may receive items from the same order shipped in multiple packages. This helps keep our prices low.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of customer receipt of the item as long as items are in new, unused, and unworn condition, still have original packaging and tags, and have not been washed.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the receipt of the returned items. If the returned items are not in new, unused, and unworn condition, still have original packaging and tags, and have not been washed, a refund will not be issued and the customer will be notified.
If you have an issue with your order please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your product(s) and we will be happy to work with you to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
For all returns and refunds, please send us an email at email@example.com with your Name, Order ID, Product Description, and Reason for return, and contact information. Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
In the case where a package is not received by the customer but the tracking information shows the package has been successfully delivered, The Pink Bird Boutique is not responsible for the package and it is the responsibility of the customer to work with the delivery service.
